I have to go with Alec Trevelyan, played by Sean Bean . He always had Bond on his toes, and also was on Her Majesty Secret Service , then wanted to destroy England ..

I forgot that they had diffrent actors playing Blofeld .. Love when Donald Pleasent played him in You Only Live Twice. .
